Kelly mounted Rapid in a swift movement, and walked him around at a walk for a few laps, then picking up an easy sitting trot, sitting Rapid's smooth gait easily.
Josh circled Scotti in a slow canter, then headed towards a bright 4' vertical, which they flew over easily. Josh spurred Scotti into a faster canter, and circled him to a 4'3" oxer. Next on the course was a triple bar, followed by a tall rolltop. They went over the line easily.

Erin grinned to Kelly, and gave her a small wave, putting both reins in her right hand for a quick moment, before gripping them correctly. She studied the 4' aqua vertical that was straight ahead. "Steady," She murmmered to Flash, whose ear pricked into her direction. The gelding sprang forward, just at the right time, and soared over the jump. Once they landed, Erin slowed Flash, then circled her horse and approached a pair of trotting poles.

Kerry waited a moment before turning Kes in a tight circle in the direction of the barn. The pinto gelding sprang ahead with just a touch of the spur. She gave him his head, her mind whirling. She couldn't wait for the lesson!
