((lol, this'll be the first time I'll be playing more than one character at once!))
Josh=red Kelly=green Katie=purple
Josh sat down in front of Scotti's stall, waiting for the groom to finish tacking him up as he flipped through a Chronicle of the Horse magazine, going past an article about his sister, Katie, and to an article about himself.
Kelly stood in Rapid's stall, stroking the dappled gray gelding's neck. "Good boy," she said. "Ready for a ride?" Kelly started brushing her Oldenburg as he lipped at her hair. Kelly laughed and continued brushing him and started tacking him up. "Ready to ride, Josh?"
Katie cantered Classy in the outdoor arena, cut her Welsh Pony across the arena and changed directions. She was pleased to tell that her mare had given her and automatic lead change. Katie brought her energetic pony down to a walk, and trotted her to a crossrail in the middle of the arena.

(Ha, Shannon we both used characters from Highschool Muscial. We're Soarin...Flying, lol)
"Yeah, let's gallop back," Erin said, knowing she sounded like one of those little girls in those cheesey horse movies. She gave a strong squeeze to Flash, who immeadiately broke off into the fastest pace possible. With one free hand, Erin rose her arm in the air just like Tobey McGuire did in Seabiscuit when he one. Laughing at herself, she still kept her horse at the same gait until they reached the stable. Once he was at a trot, Erin slowly turned him to the arena, where she would be having her lesson soon. "Hey," she said softly to Katie who was also in the ring. "Classy sure looks great and so do you!" Erin complimented her with a broad smile.
"Cool," Logan answered calmly to Blair's comment about an upcoming show. He slowed Apollo to a halt, sliding the crop under his saddle, and then dismounted.

((Haha, I'm listening to Breaking Free right now! I have it on repeat. I loved the songs (and Zac Efron!), but hated the movie! Did you know that Zac Efron is going to be in a horse movie? It's called "The Derby Stallion" or something. It's about steeplechasing.))
Katie jumped Classy over the crossrail, kept her trotting, and looked at Erin. "Thanks! So do you and Flash!" she replied, then turned around and trotted to the crossrail the other way. Classy jumped it easily, and Katie asked her to canter back at the crossrail. They cantered over it a few more times before Katie aimed her at a bounce, a 2'6" vertical followed by a 3' vetical. Classy tucked her legs perfectly, and then followed Katie's cues to the diagnol line, a 2'9" wall followed by a 3'3" rolltop. She automatically changed her lead, and soared over the wall and got her striding to the rolltop. Katie had Classy canter a bit more, then slowed her down to a trot.

[SPEAKING of chronicle of the horse... hehe they put the results from our year end show in it and my pony's name was right up thurrrr as champion I was so excited!] Blair led her horse back into the barn, then casually flipped the reins over his head and began to untack him in the crossties next to Kelly.

((That's awesome, daydream! I wish I still got the Chronicle, my subscription ended a few months ago.))
"Hey Blair," Kelly said. "How was your ride?"

As Blair went over to get her scrim sheet, she gave a grin to Kelly. "Really good, even though it's been a while since I've had a lesson." As she went back over to her horse, she asked, "Are you riding now?"

"Yeah," kelly replied to Blair. "Not in a lesson, though. Josh and I are going to school Scotti and Rapid together, we're working towards the Maclay Finals this year again. " Kelly laughed at her own comment, unaware she was about to show her snobby side. "Well, we don't really have to work for it." Kelly tightened Rapid's girth and led him out of the barn. "See you later Blair, I think Josh is already in the ring."

Blair tried hard not to raise an eyebrow in skepticism as she took her things over to the tack trunk. It was true, of course, none of the DMF riders would have to be concerned about qualifying. She took her horse back to his stall, and went into the lounge.
Chris grabbed a soda from the refridgerator, and went out to the ring where the majority was riding. He sat on a bench by the picnic table, watching with a half interested expression.

Kaite slowed Classy to a leisurly walk and dropped her irons to cool her out, letting Classy's head hang.
Josh was already riding Scotti in the ring and had him warmed up when Kelly came in. He started jumping his Dutch Warmblood gelding over a few crossrails and verticals to warm up, and even over tiny fences it was obvious why they were one of the top pairs in national junior eq.

Logan had walked Apollo out, and had just finished putting him in his stall. He sat in the lounge looking through Horse Illustrated.
Erin smiled, moving Flash into a canter before doing a perfect flying lead change.
