During the same time of the Shadow The Shadow Thieves , more outcasts lived to The south . In a warmer climent , thieves live in a cave , hidden behind a waterfall. Unlike the Shadow Thieves , they do not move every other year , they have lived in the cave of the Thieves of the Fall , and always have. Attacking with dark , brown , and green cloaks , hoods over their heads , and black masks , they are skilled with the bow and arrows , and like their fellow thieves in the north , are known and hated by their land's king , and his people...a sequel to The Shadow Thieves...

Prana sat in the cave , as she glanced out at hte frozen water fall at the cave opening. Winter had come once again . She pulled the green cloak over her body , not to conceal her identity , but her from the cold . Her long , dark wave of hair fell in her face as she leant down over the fireside , her body atracted to the flame , liek a bug to light .

Erosain eyed his bow careful , glancing up , just as the female had , to the frozen over water in the cave opening . He looked back down to the broken arrow shaft , shaking his head annoyed. It h ad been the last one of his finist , straightest arrows . Now he would use cheep ones until he had remade more. She sighed and tossed the broken shaft aside , and looked up at the others.

Soul sat at a fire near the rear of the cave, the ghastly golden glow illuminating and darkening his handsome feartures as his azure eyes followed the flicking flames. He held his knife up and examined it in the light, observing the crimson hilt and the designs that were woven through the deadly blade with pride. It was the kings own, and he had taken it not but a week before.

Eve leaned on the cave wall, arms crossed, dark eyes fixated not on the water like the others, but on the white world that lay beyond the falls. How she longed to be out of the cave! she sighed and stuck her hand through one of the many holes in her cape. Sewing was not her niche, but it seemed she would have to do it if she wanted out of the cave.

Erosain stood up angrily and yelled. " THis sucks !!! We are sitting here while the king eats his gourmet food and sleeps in a warm bed !!!!" Prana looked up and spoke. " Man , erosain , shut the hell up , just because your last good arrow snapped , doesn't mean you can get angry at us for not giving you royal service and a warm bed !!" " I don't want those things !!! I want that king to give the poeple of our lands better payment so we don't have to steal and be bannished !! " " Some of us like it here..." " You make no sense Prana ! Yesterday you were complaining , now you're saying you like it ?!" Prana stood up and her eyes flahed. " Watch it !!!"

Eve watched them as they bickered through bored eyes. Finally she spoke."You guys are acting like children." she said.

Soul glanced up at them and sheathed the small dagger.

Erosain ran his fingers over his girth , the dagger he carried there close at hand. Prana drew her sword angrily , the cold metle echoing as it appeared at herside. " Don't even !!!" he hissed , pulling his dagger out stealthily. " YOU WATCH IT !!!" He threw the dagger at her , but she stepped aside , giving him a blow with the flat of her sword , flattening him . He growled angrily and stood back up. " Bitch..." he muttered . Prana rolled her eyes . " I told you to watch yourself."

Eve shoved herself off the wall."Enogh." she said tiredly, rolling her eyes. "You guys are so annoying some times!... I am going to start sewing, and i don't want to hear another word out of either of you." she said in warning, sitting down. She was grumpy when she sewed-_-

Prana roleld her eyes and hissed. " Watch it..." He glared back and hissed cruely under his breath . " You will die in your sleep..." Prana called out annoyed. " I'm going hunting...anyone who isn't Erosain can coem with me..." she snatched her bow , and quiver of arrows .
