yeah no HOME phones, but cells should be fine, as long as you make it member-only boards, so people have to join to read it.. cause i'm cool with giving out my cell.. i love talking to people!

NO spamming
If you doo make an experienced rp section, noobs should not be allowed in
NO public blow ups/targeting (I say do it outside the boards...)
